North Shore Cancer Walk

On Sunday, June 23, 2019, mothers, fathers, children, grandparents, friends, co-workers, teachers and students will wind their way along the 10K (6.2 mile) WALK route through Salem. For nearly three decades, the North Shore Cancer WALK has brought together a community focused on raising funds for the fight against cancer. To date, we have raised more than $23 million. This year that mission will again be celebrated, as entertainers and supporters along the route lend a festive air to an unforgettable journey, driven by determination and inspired by hope. nProceeds from the 2019 WALK will be used to provide support to Oncology services on the North Shore Medical Center’s Salem campus as well as for clinical trials, wellness care and other Oncology services at the Mass General/North Shore Cancer Center in Danvers. nLearn more here. n Source: https://www.salem.org/event/north-shore-cancer-walk/
