Join us for our pre-season Roof kick-off!

Ticket includes: Four Courses paired with Four Tequilas & Crafted Cocktails.

First Course

• Ceviche, Fresh white fish marinated in lime juice, peppers, onion, and cucumbers
• Paired with Milagro Silver

Second Course

• Crab Tostada, Crispy tortilla shell, shredded iceberg lettuce, pico de gallo, roasted corn, and guava lime creme
• Reposado Guava Margarita, house made sour mix, guava puree, lime and sriracha sugar

Third Course

• Carne Asada Tacos, Salsa verde and crispy slaw
• Paired with Grapefruit Ginger Smash, Milagro Silver, St. Elder, fresh grapefruit, ginger simple syrup house sour mix and soda water

Finale

• Mexican Affogato, Vanilla ice cream, candied pistachios, and cinnamon with an Anejo Hazelnut Cafe
