SSU Earth Days: Cities at the Frontiers of Climate Change

Professor Joy Winbourne from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell will explore carbon and water cycling in urban settings and the role of urban food forests in modifying biogeochemical cycles and enhancing climate resilience. This event is part of Salem State University’s Earth Days celebration. The lecture is free and open to the public and will be held in the Ellison Campus Center Martin Luther King, Jr. room.
