‘She Changes Everything She Touches’: Shapeshifting & the Yoga of Animal Archetypes

Circe is often referred to as ‘the lady of the beasts’ based on the imagery of her sharing her home with animals. Her ability to change men into pigs and back again has been retold and reimagined in countless tales. In this course we will connect with Circe and her animal archetypes through meditation, discussion, ritual action, and feral yoga.
