The Salem Witch Trials happened over 300 years ago, and it has been dramatized in books, movies, documentaries, and even TV shows. Over the years it has been presented so many times in so many ways that some of the real histories get lost. This tour seeks to uncover the myths and debunk any misconceptions you might have about the Salem Witch Trials. This walking tour lasts approximately 1 hour and travels 1 mile around downtown Salem, including stops at the Witch Trials Memorial, and the location of the original 17th-century jail.
