A selection of color images from a personal photo essay (2018) created over six days and focusing on the Willows Park, the amusement area, the Juniper Point neighborhood and the sea
Wednesday, May 13 “Salem Secret Places, Special Things”
Quirky, unusual, little known or forgotten fascinating facets of Salem that you can use to impress your friends for years to come.
Thursday, May 14 “Where Bad Things Happen (ed)”
An armchair tour of sites related to the Salem Witch Trials and the strange events – real or alleged -that took place at each in 1692
Friday, May 15 “The Good Old Days Weren’t”
Glimpses of life in the late 19th century and early 20th century as seen through the eyes of some who lived through and wrote about the era
