Hawthorne Film Festival at Cinema Salem

The House of the Seven Gables is proud to be partnering with Cinema Salem to bring you a month of film adaptations of Nathaniel Hawthorne’s The Scarlet Letter and The House of the Seven Gables. Each presentation will be introduced by Hawthorne himself!
These films will be screened at 7:30 at Cinema Salem, located at One East India Square, Salem, MA 01970 (at the Witch City Mall). Tickets are $18 for general public, $16 for Gables members.
October 5 and October 6 will feature The Scarlet Letter (1926, 1hr 55 min, SILENT FILM). October 5 tickets available below.
