Yuletide traditions of creating evergreen garlands for decoration were done as a symbol of renewal. Dried oranges were added to represent the return of the sun after the winter solstice.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the symbolism associated with the use of pinecones, cranberries, various herbs, and the significance of evergreens such as pine, hemlock, and juniper.
You will craft your personalized Yuletide garland, whilst sipping wassail and listening to the sounds of Yuletide.
Space is extremely limited. The cost of the workshop is $65 and includes all materials, wassail (hot mulled apple cider with spices), and light refreshments.
Wicked Wax Candles will be available for purchase if you’d like to turn your Yule Swag into a beautiful centerpiece.
