Ballot Question 1 Panel: Registration & Submit Questions

Join Salem State University’s Frederick E. Berry Institute of Politics (Berry IOP) and the Politics, Policy and International Relations Department for a panel about Ballot Question 1: Additional Tax on Income Over One Million Dollars. This proposed constitutional amendment would establish an additional 4% state income tax on that portion of annual taxable income in excess of $1 million. Revenues from this tax would be used, subject to appropriation by the state Legislature, for public education and public transportation.
