1692 Virtual Witchcraft Walk from Proctor’s Ledge
Join Salem Historical Tours on Tuesday, Sept. 22 at 6:30 p.m. for a live, virtual 1692 Witchcraft Walk on the 328th anniversary of the hangings of eight accused witches. We will start live at the hanging site at Gallows Hill and we’ll tell you about the last eight innocent individuals who lost their lives.
We will have another guide in the downtown areas showing you locations and another guide in the office using screen share and green screen to show you additional sites.
We’ll tell how it started, stories of individuals involved and how it ended. This is one of the most compelling stories in our country’s history as many people come to Salem to understand why it happened.
Tickets are $9.95 and are available at the link. Once you purchase, you will receive instructions and information on how to log in the evening of the tour. You only need to purchase one ticket per computer, iPad, phone, TV or other device and several people can watch with you.
