SUMMARY:Dracula by the North Atlantic Ballet at The Cabot
DESCRIPTION:Beware the embrace of darkness… \n\nWitness the transformation of Bram Stoker’s Dracula into a theatrical masterpiece by guest choreographer Tom Vacanti. Originally choreographed in 1992 for a site specific production at the spooky Emmanuel Church on Newbury St\, Vacanti is reimagining the thriller for The Cabot stage. The revival features a world where passion and darkness collide. From the haunting embrace of the vampire brides to the fierce battle between light and darkness\, every movement on stage reflects the intensity and passion of Stoker’s narrative. \nJoin us as we traverse the haunting corridors of Dracula’s castle\, mirroring Jonathan Harker’s descent into the unknown. The ballet unfolds with the seductive allure of the vampire brides\, capturing the essence of Stoker’s gothic masterpiece and the thrill of Halloween! \nPlease note: We love supporting the renovation of this historic theater we call home. There is a $4 Restoration fee included in each ticket for the ongoing restorations. \nRunning Time: 2 hours including intermission

SUMMARY:Silent Sky by Lauren Gunderson
DESCRIPTION:Full of wonder\, humor\, and heart\, Lauren Gunderson’s Silent Sky is the remarkable true story of Henrietta Leavitt\, one of the pioneering women astronomers working at Harvard Observatory in the early 1900s.
