The Remonds were the resident caterers of Hamilton Hall in the middle of the 19th century. They were not only entrepreneurs\, but also advocates for school desegregation\, the abolition of slavery\, and women’s suffrage. A self-guided tour will follow\, including the room where The Remonds prepared feasts for such dignitaries as Nathaniel Bowditch\, and the Marquis de Lafayette. \n$5 suggested donation.
