Tai Chi for Beginners

Tai Chi, Yang style, based on Chinese martial arts, is a ten minute sequence of flowing movements, standing up, which facilitates the integration of body, mind and spirit. Tai Chi has multiple health benefits, including the strengthening of memory, concentration, coordination, flexibility and balance. It also improves circulation, supports better sleep and massages and stimulates the inner organs. Tai Chi induces deep breathing and relaxation which in turns helps with stress reduction.
