Celebrating 283 years of NEGRO ELECTION DAY, America’s First Black Voting System.
Our 2023 Negro Election Day Parade theme: Celebrating Our Black Warriors, our Heroes & Sheroes is in honor of the enslaved Africans who contributed to the History of Negro Election Day in 1741.
Join us for the 283rd year of Negro Election Day and our Negro Election Day Parade, July 15, 2023 at 12:00 noon EST!
The parade will begin at Shetland Park and end at the Salem Willows.
